It's been 11 months since Black Friday, and for me it's been three years since I left CBS-FM for Sirius. I've been FM free all that time and I'm proud of it! Every day, while on my NJ Transit bus from East Brunswick to Jersey City, I see those obnoxious JACK-FM billboards at several locations along the NJ Turnpike. Really now, who are they kidding? Do they think passing motorists are actually going tune their radio to 101.1? Do they really think this is how they'll cultivate new listeners? I THINK NOT!

92.3, 101.1 & 102.7 combined do not have the ratings of one LITE-FM. I read about this and simply chuckle. This might make a great case study of mismanagement at Harvard Business School.

I only listen to two AM stations, WFAN for sports and WCTC in New Brunswick for NJ news and information. When I want music, I ride with the Big Dog! Three years ago, I knew Infinity would eventually blow up CBS-FM, but I couldn't have predicted I'd be hearing Norm N. Nite and Cousin Brucie on Sirius. Sometimes the more things change, the more they stay the same.
