Ironically, you can hear live personalities like Harvey Holliday and Big Ron O'Brien via the on-line stream from CBS Radio's sister station WOGL-FM 98.1 from Philadelphia. I myself have not listened much to the WCBS-FM HD2 stream in a while, because simply there is no live on-air dj's.
