Subject: WICC-AM's (Bridgeport) "The 'Oh Wow!' Oldies Show"

Last week, on Saturday, March 4, 2006, WICC-AM 600 the news/talk station in Bridgeport, Connecticut premiered its new Saturday night oldies music program, and calling it "The 'Oh Wow!' Oldies Show". It could be heard if possible in some parts of New York City, which I can in my Queens neighborhood.

The five-hour show is heard Saturday nights between 7:00pm and 12:00midnight, but while they had a very good oldies music selection on the premiere, it seems that it was voicetracked by WICC's program host Al Warren (but he is on the air live on his own weekend morning show playing oldies music). The first record played last week on its debut was "Smokey Places" by the Corsairs.
