Beth, it's true that nothing can replace what we've all lost. But you might be interested to know that some of our guys are now on Sirius. Cousin Brucie is on Wednesday and Saturday nights, just like old times. Norm N. Nite is there as well, afernoons Wednesday through Sunday. On Saturday and Sunday, Norm does the "Remember Then" hour, which is very similar to the Saturday and Sunday countdown shows we all remember. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Don Tandler (The Record Handler), formerly of NJ101.5. The music isn't going anywhere! All that's changed is the way you get it.

It's amazing how you can find oldies in TV commercials, movies and even Broadway musicals, namely "Good Vibrations" and of course "Jersey Boys". Yet local radio wants nothing to do with the music anymore. Maybe they simply shouldn't even take a commercial spot that uses oldies music because it won't sell to their desired demo!
