The Jack voice is done by Howard Cogan (www.howardcogan.com). He does the voice for Jack on every Jack FM station (even the ones that have DJs) in Canada and the US, except for the station in Buffalo.

I personally think the comments are funny.. to each his own I guess. I think down the road... CBS will add personality in some form. They're considering it at current jock-less Jacks (LA and Chicago for example). The Canadian Jacks which have DJs are successful (Vancouver and Calgary for instance). It will probably just take a while before it happens I guess.
