Yes, but like many people have said in the past, New York isn't like any other city in the country. Just look at Jack in NYC compared to the other Jack outlets across the country. Infinity thought it was a slam dunk rather it was a slam flunk.

If an "OLDIES" format could work in any big city, it's NYC ofcourse it would have to be done in a unique way.
