As much as I hate to admit it, I think the CBS-FM we all knew and loved for so many years is gone from the air although it will always be alive in our own individual memories for decades to come. I will agree with the other posters here that we do have other alternatives such as Internet radio and Sirius and XM Radio. I found WLNG on the internet by reading a board post about it and I find it to be very enjoyable. I also bought Sirius Radio when it was announced Cousin Brucie was going to be on there. Who knows what HD Radio will bring us if it ever gets off the ground. One thing I feel certain about however for the most part Radio as we liked it may not be as available to us as it used to be. There are still so many more radio stations on the Internet and Sirius I have to explore to see what is there. Just think we used to be able to get just about everything we wanted from one radio station. Replacing that is not always easy.

I really did " try " to listen to Jack-FM 101.1 FM for a while just to see what it was all about although I found it a chore to have it playing for more than a few songs at a time. That rude voice on there takes a lot of listening pleasure out of it too, even if they did play some decent songs but I dont think they can even do that right. Well. if Jack wants to only play what " he" wants to play thats fine, I'll do my listening elsewhere and that is exactly what I have been doing. Sooner or later Jacks battery will run out.
