 You are MISTAKEN! You should have to be SPECIFIC! You should DIFFERENTIATE and DISTINGUISH a beauty queen from a model because many of them are NOT REAL international beauty titleholders but ARE international modeling titleholders (winners in int'l modeling contests)!

Beauty titlists are beauty contests winners who are proclaimed and crowned as queens and are called beauty queens. You should make a separate listing for int'l modeling contests titleholders/winners.

But if you use the general term "int'l titleholders," both models- and beauty queens-titleholders/winners can be joined.
