Some of those same girls come from Venezuela, Puerto Rico,mEXICO and thing yet every year the run circles. Do not rush a POTENTIAL Young GIRL then when she is overwhelmed by the stiff competition. I rather be STRATEGIC INSTEAD OF RISKY. Facts show that the last time a small country or/and a non pageant powerhouse country won Miss Universe tend to be 20+yrs.
