Subject: This is Miss World, not Miss Universe. The girls don't introduce themselve but they are introduced in evening gowns. The only time they will wear the national dress is during a dance called dances of the world. The national dress is not a major deal unless you want to stand out in that dance. And if you look at the past winners of Miss World, you will see that NO empasis is placed on that dance. If MBO have to spend money on something, let it be on something thats going to count.
