Look at all the other states that are changing contracts and pension contributions, etc......
We aren't any different. Why would you think legislative action would be guaranteed?
Our 13 holidays aren't guaranteed (the legislature can take away 2 like some have been pushing for). Our health care contribution rate is not guaranteed at 20/25. The legislature can change it at anytime. The FUNDING of contracts are not guaranteed.
It's not funny, just fact!
If you don't like it switch careers.
