We held out for 3 1/2 years in the past to get so called "good" bargaining position and the screws got screwed!
We voted in almost 3 years of ZEROS, horrible sick time language "cause you can't pay your mortgage with sick time language" and that was when the economy was
"booming"!
Anyone who thinks we are in a good position is working at the Governor's office. No one from labor, that punches a clock anywhere is in a good position. Let's protect what we have and try to get through this in one piece.
Live to fight another day!
