 Read the Memorandum Of Understanding regarding Holiday pay,Dated Jan.25,2011. This M.O.U. clearly states "the Department of Correction SHALL PAY UNIT 4 EMPLOYEES the holiday pay premium as the default option and without request or demand by the employees." This is Iron clad not based on any "past practice" a yes vote will ensure that we will get our holiday pay back and shore up the ambiguos language in the C.B.A. that the D.O.C. managment used to take away our pay.
