Get out while the gettin's good! You're not married, right? He's already acting physical and it NEVER gets better...only worse. We seem to fall in love harder when we're younger and tend to believe what the person we love says to us. Some who asks "Are you dumb or are you stupid" is not showing much intelligence, not to mention love, consideration, care or concern for YOU...HIS supposed loved one. You are so young. Take advantage of this. Leave now. You WILL find someone to love and who will love you properly. He is showing signs of abuse. Your case sounds similar to my first marriage. My reason for staying basically was "I made my bed; I'll lie in it". Well, it was NO bed of roses and when it got too thorny, I got out. So should you!
