Mollies don't have eggs, they give birth to live babies. The incubation period is 28-32 days from my little experience, I currently have a gold mollie ready to give birth that only gave birth 24 days ago. They will eat the babies, so have some hiding places for them. Also, I saw a earlier post about using breeding traps, I tried this twice, the mollies stressed out and died, so I just provide hiding places for them, and try to catch them and put them in a separate tank.
