 Why don't we all attempt to scan Dark Lord Sauran this turn, and every subsequent turn from now on. (SP 99) It's cheap and we keep replenishing our own interceptors.

Eventually we will wear down his defensive interceptors, (hopefully), and then the player who gets through publishes all the details here.

It's worth a shot, unless someone has a better idea? Like a systematic search of the galaxy?

We should also form a universal truce until DLS is eliminated.
