Hi guys & gals, thought I would let you know that I won't be able to make the camp out. I am doing a reverse mortgage and I had a termite inspection on Wednesday; they found termites in my back room where my dog sleeps and where I keep my beer cold. So now I have to have the whole house tented and I have to replace the wood they have been chewing on for the past 3 or 4 years. The tenting process will cost me $2,500.00. Than the appraiser came out Yesterday and now he tells me I have to brace my water heater to the house. This I already knew, but have been to lazy to do it, so now I guess I will get up off my butt and get it done. I will accept any volunteers offer for help if there are any. And I will furnish the beer. See you in the sunshine.
