Thanks Hi there, I've replaced mine a couple of times...although you might be able to get to it from the headlight cowling (after removing the headlight from its' mount) I ended up pulling the left side of the fairing to get a good attack angle. Make sure you tighten the nut on the back of the speedo...mine came loose the first time I did it because I didn't make it REAL tight...
