Ken, I'm not in California either, but soon will be (for a while, anyway!), and I'm saving my pennies and dimes for membership in this august organisation, but I'll try to help...
I'm assuming your bike is a Voyager XII...
Driver's Floorboards are getting as rare as hensteeth.
I don't know of any aftermarket people that are making them (Our bikes have been out of production for 7 years).
Best place to look is on EBay, and be prepared to open your wallet...Primo examples are bringing in hefty amounts of cash.
There are a couple of people that make units that will convert your standard shifter to a heel/toe unit. I have a 'HippieShifter' on my bike and love it. Go to the LSV Website, and shoot an email to Allen Boethel. He's the manufacturer, and can tell you all about them. There are one or two other private parties that make similar units, check the AVA Website for info on those. Good Luck in your search!!
