im so sorry for sounding off like that. thanks so much for the sweet things you said Nita. you are such a sweet lady. i think i got pretty triggered in therapy and it has made this week a wild ride. my therapist really came down on me (i probably deserved it) and said some things that are confusing me. i dont like that she told me that i have never had a voice. like you said, i have a small voice, but at least thats something. i have been in therapy for 3 years with her and i have spilled open my heart over and over again. it makes me feel like everything i have said isnt real or it doesnt matter because it came from my voiceless self. im at a point where im trying to figure out who i am and this just confuses me among other things. i will try to talk to her about it this week and get clarification.
thank you so much again for your responses and for caring. it means a lot to me. i hope you are doing ok.
