oh Nita...thank you so much for the nice things you said. yes its so hard for me to see any good in me at all and when my therapist pushes me i automatically think that ive been bad and that im being punished. realistically i know she is just trying to help me. she never lets me stay in one place very long and thats whats hard. it takes time to process this stuff out and i just wasnt ready to head into something else yet. i see her today and im very scared. i have ones inside that are scared of her now and that makes it hard to make any kind of connection at all. hopefully we can work through it without freezing up.
the words you wrote here was exactly what i needed today. it really helped to give me some strength for the day. thanks so much Nita. you are a gem.
