Oh dear....you are really having a hard time, aren't you? Now, that was the grand canyon of understatements...but I do understand how you feel. Believe it or not, there is a light at the end of that tunnel you are in...and it is NOT a train, I promise. I am so proud of both you and Karen, this is not easy...I remember it too well, it hurts and it makes you feel like a little kid sometimes...I used to cry after every session, no matter what we talked about, I just needed the release.

I am sorry you are having to follow this contract thing but I am glad you are safe...please stay that way.
