Subject: sorry i havnt been around

the past few weeks have been a wild ride. it seems ever since the summer solstice i have been in a scary place. i spent some time in the hospital and have been fighting ever since to stay above water. i feel like ive been dropped off on another planet and i dont know who or where i am. i am told im in a transition, but not sure what thats about. i really dont like it here, whereever it is that im at. im trying to move through it but find myself wanting to dissociate out of it. i dont know what to do. this is so uncomfortable, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. i had something that i was working on with my therapist that brought me something that i think is comfort. ive never felt it before. but yesterday the old stuff reared its ugly head and stole that away from me.
now i am lost...
i hope you both are doing ok, and sorry if i babbled on too long.
