In reply to: Dan Brewington 's message, "Happy Father's Day Judge James D. Humphrey" on 22:21:24 06/15/14 Sun

He was told to get an evaluation because Humphrey claimed Brewington was dangerous. Humphrey obstructed his ability to do so while there was a "secret" investigation of Brewington's writings about Humphrey. Brewington was arrested 18 months after the prosecution argued Brewington scared Humphrey because Brewington would not stop lying about Humphrey being a child abuser. (The prosecution never accused Brewington of threats of immediate harm or violence.) Brewington went to trial without knowing the nature of the crimes against him. After the trial, the Appellate Court ruled you could be convicted of making a true statement if it scared a public official. The Supreme Court was the first entity to detail what parts of Brewington's speech were considered threats, leaving Brewington unable to defend the allegations at trial. The Supreme Court also said Brewington had a history of violence when there was no such evidence and Brewington was dangerous because Humphrey said so. Then Brewington got out, was evaluated, and the report said he was not dangerous. Justice Rush even went so far to lie about the perjury conviction to support upholding the intimidation conviction. So who is paranoid?
