Subject: It's always my fault

This is probably another example of what the Indiana Judicial System believes to be my "inability" to accept responsibility for my actions because I refuse to "move on." The problem is now I have to take responsibility for other people's actions as well. Check out the blog demonstrating how Indiana Supreme Court Chief Justice Loretta H. Rush claimed that both Negangard's malicious prosecution and the misconduct of the jury in my trial were somehow my fault. This is why I will be petitioning the United States Supreme Court. There is no such thing as reasonable trial strategy when even Indiana Supreme Court Chief Justice Loretta H. Rush claims Dearborn County Prosecutor F. Aaron Negangard prosecuted me for constitutionally protected activity.
