Tarnak is a loathesome individual, a true henchman of Ming. Nevertheless, due to his double dealing and work behind Azura's back, he would do well as Secretary of State, since he has all sorts of back channel ways of getting information.

But the Clay King would be also be great as Secretary of State. His regal bearing and authoritative voice would speak well for us-as well as scare off any bad guys with his appearance!
