Why dont we cut welfare checks in half for two months and stop payment on S.S.I for people under the age of 67 for one month. Take the money that is saved and give it to state government according to the amount that was saved in that state. Then make this a once a year practice. I bet this state would get billions and billions of dollars. Then make sure the money goes to Police, Corrections, fire and Schools. The four Departments that are needed most for a civilization to be safe and learn.
