You can call them and they will tell you exactly where to pick this up, and where it will let you off. If you are at the Hyatt, it will let you off about 2 blocks away, and then you can take the free shuttle to the airport.

Better if your flight arrives at the right time. The bus leaves at set times, so you may be waiting up to an hour. The website has the schedule info.
