They may well be just people who aren't good with email. It happens. I don't know if you can threaten to pull the money in any easy way, but if you can, I would send them another email, re-asking all of your questions, then also adding that their lack of response kind of has you on edge with all the other ebay scams that are going on right now, and if I don't hear back from them in one week, you'll regretfully have to pull your money. Just make sure you're really polite, or else you might offend them and they might either 1) just be really nasty because now they have your email adderess or b) post long ranting vents about you on message boards.:)
