Subject: I just knew something would develop, what with all that correspondence between Buster and Cathy. ;-) I loved the line Agnes told Dermot when she visited him in jail, but also figured he'd take such offense by it that he'd fall deeper into his self-loathing as a result. Poor Agnes, bless her heart.

  • I finished the book last night - seems I had extra time on my hands somehow with the boards down *g*. Some things I had anticipated, as Elaine mentioned above, the ending no, though. I can't imagine shutting out your mother for all that time - way to hold a grudge!
