Subject: In the Company of the Courtesan by Sarah Dunant

Hi everyone! As you all know, our next discussion starts on Sunday, May 6th. We will be returning to the discussion format that involves posting a question or two every few days. These questions will be from an outside source and assumes you have READ the text in full. We will be openly discussing SPOILER type topics, so please remember that when visiting during the next few weeks. :-)

I agree with Peggy, and am enjoying it a second time too! I'm finished the book, but may only be able to join in the discussion intermittently since I've rebooked the Hawaii trip, leaving in a few days. I'm going to pass on this discussion. I'm too distracted these days. I only got about halfway through CoftheCourtesan and it still wasn't catching me, so I took it back to the library. (NT) -- celtgirl, 18:09:19 05/02/12 Wed
- I'll be posting questions, but I'm not feeling it either. I'm about halfway and its not catching me at all...not one iota of feeling toward the characters. :-( I might give it a few more hours this weekend, but not sure how much farther I'll get.
