Subject: Q2) At this point I was thinking that Nikolai either had "something" on Gregor or there was some sort of jailhouse respect that they all had for Nikolai. I was so scared for Jamie when I was reading about his threat upon Gregor! But I knew exactly why Nikolai approved - Jamie had to make a clear declaration that he was not going to be the next whore and he sure as heck wasn't someone you wanted to mess with in any matter.
