I think the magic of this poem has been tainted a bit by the version of changelings depicted in the book. Some of them are basically 'nice', but the way the changelings steal children is awful, and their habits less than cute I realize they aren't necessarily supposed to be charming little creatures, but there is a sinister attitude shown in this book that I'm not shaking. They aren't supposed to be charming, and you're not silly. This book actually bothered me so much that I had to get up to get water or something and I literally had to run back to the bedroom, feeling like something was right behind me. It really chilled me. (NT) -- cg, 20:09:53 12/03/11 Sat
