French translations

Title page:
The great carpet folded will not show

Driven far out of the realm he will appear harsh

Part 1:
Leopard looks up to heaven and sees an eagle playing around the sun

Chapter 1:
When those of the {ple arctiq} are united together
And the Orient (east?) with great fear and dread

(I’ve put {…} around things that make no sense or could not be translated. I obtained translations from several sources on the internet, but some I could not find so I used the help of a Francophone friend and the online translator on the internet)
