• Terole Sweet Terole. *hrthrt* -- The Five Deaths, 19:18:13 03/14/06 Tue [2]
  Name - The Five Deaths, AKA "Tee" or "TFD". To call her 'Deaths' or 'Five' would annoy her. To call her 'the' or any other ridiculous combination of the words in her name warrants you a good swatting.
  Gender / Age - Female, well into her adulthood. (25-30)
  Race - Kumayaki
  Physical Description - Well past five feet tall at the shoulder and weighing in past 300lbs, Tee now shows a few signs of age since she was last seen on Terole but in no way do they reflect on her ability to lead or fight. She's covered in a pelt of creamy tan fur, her legs, tail and tuft, mane, muzzle, and ears a dark chocolate in hue. Her claws are silver and her saberfangs a pale ivory. Her wisened, perceptive eyes are sapphire blue. She was born with the ability to read minds, honed and developed to perfection by training.
  Personality - Tee's usually laid back, cheerful, and good-natured. But war will do strange things to a body, and the current situation on Terole has turned her into a grim, focused predator. On olde Terole she had been Guardian and close confidante of Redwood herself, and though duties back on Anyana sometimes called her away from her second home, Terole, she couldn't bear to be apart for long. Now she's more dedicated than ever, with a determined glare in her sapphire eyes and anger adding strength to her muscles.

  Name - Tunder (When pronounced correctly it's like a deep purr sound with a deep emphasis on the 'r')
  
  Gender / Age - Male/ 60-ish, he's in his prime
  
  Race - Drat, lion type
  
  Physical Description - Tunder is quite possibly the largest of his species that has ever been, standing at about twelve feet tall at the soulder. He is very imposing looking with his impressive build and the thick pewter mane that surrounds his head and trails well down his stomach and between his powerful shoulder blades. Sleek silver fur tinged in violet covers his brawny body, and his headcrest is brightly violet, while his cat's eyes are a warm green-gold. His tail is relatively short and thick in proportion with his body, though the tuft could be mistaken for a small animal in the right light if he moved it about just so. Though his movements aren't so much elegant as utilitarian, he has the unconscious grace that all cats, big or small, possess.
  
  Personality - Tunder is a peacemaker if ever there was one. Very pride-oriented, he strives to keep the relative harmony of a group together and enjoys being in the company of others. Of course, his sheer size and presence are enough to help his arguments, whatever they may be, and as such he is used to settling disputes peacefully. Tunder believes very strongly in the traditions of his people and participates in them actively. Not exactly a religion, he is well versed in a type of seeing particular to his race (better explained in the species bio) called the Dreaming. It allows him to connect with and watch from afar certain situations while he is asleep in a time/place called the Dreamtime. As he is a pride leader and was born into the position, his Dreaming abilities have been trained and honed from cubhood, though they lie mostly with observing his pride.
  
  Though he is an adult, a streak of playfulness often surfaces in him and he's not one to turn down a good game. A very approachable fellow indeed, it takes him quite a bit before he's pushed to a fighting mode. Though when he is pushed there...oh boy, you'd best back up.
  
  A bit of background: Tunder's pride, the Sun Rock Pride, is his life. He hadn't heard of Terole until another sentient race on his own home planet began to whisper of it. The whispers grew darker and the young pride leader became troubled for the safety of his own homeland and family. When the opportunity arose for him to travel to Terole and investigate this potential threat, he took it. He placed his mentor and confidant in charge of the pride and bid them all a very sad farewell with promises to return and to watch over them in the Dreamtime. He and a member of that aforementioned fellow race travelled to the remote research port and boarded a craft destined for Terole. Though they were separated in the process, Tunder was confident that his companion had made it and he himself became determined with his first step onto the planet to find out what was going on. And so here he is.

  Name - Majhiik Endiosa
  Gender - Male
  Age - Adult (76 years)
  Race - Vygun
  Physical Description - Still the same slate blue eyes, though the last three decades have worked wonders to settle them from their former brash violence. Still the same dusty, faded golden colour stains his thin fur, glittering more like pale brass than any precious metal. Still the same wood brown hue, not as dramatic as some vyguns (intensity level two, to be precise), upon stomach, tail, and extremities, as well as spanning a mottled back. Still the same coal black membranes upon the tail fin and tiny wings, though the left of the latter now bears a yellow-orange - that of some sort of wing, made of flames, seeming to fit to his own. Still the same dusky green quills erupting from a lank, mottled back, each fading from darker and browner to brighter and more green-gold at the tips. Still the same shaggy mop of a vyguni half-mane, the same colours as the quills.
  
  But now Majhiik Endiosa is a little older, a little wiser. Under the banner of a new name, the vygun is ready for the next era of his life.
  
  Personality - Thirty years ago, he was a hotheaded young male, always ready to fly off the handle and let out the rage on whomever was nearby. Formal pilot training in the High Fleet of Magaol quickly beat some temperance into him and the senseless rebelliousness out, though he still has the tendency to become rather touchy and defensive, and he's far from a spineless bootlicker. Overall, Majhiik is intense in what he does, be it relationships, personal projects, work, or even everyday conversations. This underlying vehemence can be a little harrowing or even disturbing at times - it can be seen constantly behind his steel blue eyes, a deep inner life-light that manifests in zeal.
  
  Brief History - Majhiik began his life as an engineer - an artist. This passion led him to the construction of his own beloved ship, Flamewing. He joined the High Fleet of Magaol for lack of a better place to go - he was an aimless youth, and the space core snagged his attention first. His father helped secure him his position, as well as his friendship with the late Vegekyt Wise-Eyes and the rest of the Ten. Majhiik was something like a snobby noble boy, only remaining in the High Fleet by an indulgent father's good graces when he should have been expelled numerous times. When the old man left for a distant mission, however, he was all theirs..
  
  They sent him to fight in a distant battle that later warranted the attentions of the Ten themselves, but originally was downplayed. It was over a dusty little planet not far from Magaol, dominated by endless wastes and only a narrow fragment of inhabitable land in the tropics.. the Magaolin government feared that those invading this planet with its butterscotch sky would eventually move on to more palatable worlds.. including their own new, forested, and mountainous one.
  
  Majhiik did as he was told, as advised by a friend of his father, Sendai Kakenel, and went to Terole. This was thirty years ago. He fought in that war and he lost, aqcuiring humility and compassion in the process. A changed man, he returned home with his tail tucked between his legs.. and the bodies of Razdek Nymenhaal, Cyrina Belladath, and Waerhni Ardon.
  
  After that, he resumed his training and took it seriously. Never amounting to any high rank, he soon quit and took up the life of an engineer, designing ships for the Fleet. His own dear Flamewing, already outdated, was destroyed in an accident - he constructed another and entitled it Bitterdust.
  
  Even though he filled his life to the brink - short and passionate relationships including several illegitimate children, great undertakings in his work, and deep studies - his loss on Terole has haunted him to the day. When he caught wind of the renegade movement.. he dropped his life and disappeared one day. Maybe he thinks he can pick up the pieces when - if - he returns. Maybe he's haunted by the deaths of his friends. Maybe he's just humiliated and vengeful.. who knows. All that matters is that he's here now, Bitterdust and all.

  Name - Redan Bane
  Gender / Age - Male / Young Adult (32 in Koratian years, about 23 in human equivalent.)
  Race - Korat (Black)
  Physical Description - Redan is fairly large for his breed, standing 5'3'' at the shoulder. He tends to have a rather dark prescence, emphasized by a pure black pelt that seems to absorb color rather than exude any violet or azure sheen. His build is somewhat thick for his race, sturdy layers of muscle rippling easily beneath his flank. This body strength goes to aid his endurance and allows him to accomplish incredible feats of agility. Redan has a quiet crimson gaze that often fades into burgundy when he's in thought, but his wickedly sharp metallic black claws and dagger-straight ebony blade are a continual reminder that this Korat is both philosopher and warrior.
  Personality - Redan is a very quiet Korat, tending to prefer solitude over companionship -- if only to have time to think on his own. He is continually trying to plan ideas, and figure out the best course of action for the next day. Still, for all that Redan is difficult to get close to, his emotions are incredibly powerful. This is most often witnessed in the battlefield, where the generally quiet individual comes roaring into the fiery footsteps of his grandmother, becoming a deadly force of physical expertise and the energy of the Olde Kusani.

  Name - Januya jin Jekki
  Gender / Age - female / prime adult (around 65 in Tarokian years, equivalent of human 35ish)
  Race - Tarok
  Physical Description - Januya is a huntress and bleeds danger from every pore. Her fur is sleek, unscarred, and pitch ebony, glossy with health and grooming - her eyes are stark yellow, the sharp color of a feral predator. She stands tall at nearly seven feet, long-limbed and clean-bodied, toned and not muscular, supple and lithe. One medium-grey longclaw graces her right hand, her left only with the two long digits typical to her kind; her tailblade is whitely-silver and hooked at the tip, a beautiful scythe. Swift and stealthy, she moves with the utmost grace of a killer. Her clothing is nonexistent but for a wide, flat belt low on her hips to hold her weaponry.
  Personality - Don't mess with her, s'all I'm sayin'. A well-trained assassin who lost her only friend and partner in Terole's last stand, Januya is walking a very thin line on the edge of sanity, her memories and wit entirely intact and acting as weapons just as much as her claws and tailblade. She has no remorse for killing anyone who is not useful to her and Terole's cause, and was one of the first to return when Redan reclaimed Den. She'd been living on Etreus with her Phiaship, Cyris, and her Takothian ... 'partner', Skavan, since Terole's downfall. Now she's back, and she's going to eradicate Drakka or die trying.
