Position Overview: The DataLink Deployment group at Evare seeks a Developer who will be responsible for the development of custom data mapping definitions as well as communications components relating to file acquisition and data processing. This individual will be seen as a technical resource contributing to the implementation needs of the Service Delivery group in general. This person will liaison with other technical resources within the company to implement client deliverables and ensure successful and timely delivery. Deliverables include product/client feeds and associated documentation. This person will manage development, testing, and all aspects of deployment of client deliverables into the production environment as well as create and document implementation and development processes. More generally, this position is responsible for managing completion of technical projects, ensure the accurate delivery within needed time frames, and document the process as well as efficiencies/improvements wherever possible. Qualifications: • Experience with C#, SQL Server 2000, SQL Server 2005, T-SQL, NUnit, ASP.NET, PKI, XML, MSMQ, WMQ • Experience with Transact SQL and Stored Procedure creation. • Understand, create, and implement new DB schemas in conjunction with new types of data (new business lines). • Experience with XSL programming • Experience with financial standards such as SWIFT FIN, FIX, and FpML a plus. • Experience working with financial data in a practical work environment. It is preferable that this person has prior technical experience working in the financial services industry. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including creation of detailed technical and user documents • Ability to manage required technical resources in a Development capacity to accomplish delivery goals. • Ability to work directly with internal Development resources, Integrations Team members, QA, and Sales to fulfill client order. • Manage all aspects of technical responsibilities, deliverables, timelines, and available resources. • VB Scripting, Transact SQL, .NET (C++, C#), XML, XSL • ISO 15022 SWIFT, ISO 7775 SWIFT, ISO XML SWIFT, FIX and FIX Protocol • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • * Knowledge of MQ system infrastructure and Message Processing helpful. • * Basic understanding of other file based connectivity software/protocols (FTP, FTPS (SSH), SFTP (SSL), SecureEmail, Https, etc) also helpful.
