I have a problem with the hair on the sides Temple area turning white but the rest of may hair hardly gets greys. Its like a patchy area on each side of my head. Does anybody know how naturally to put pigment back into hair such as vitamins, etc. I heard mushrooms help if you eat them everyday. I am Medium Brown haired. Any help will be appreciated. I hate to dye my hair. -- Say What

- I am a hairstylist, and there is nothing that is going to add pigmentation back into the hair shaft. The only thing you canget is haircolor to stain the hair to its desired color.
