  - I didn't see the part to click. All I saw was the article by Mary someone. I just find it funny when people that do not actually live with diabetes try to write about blood sugar levels and etc. Anyone on here that may be a diabetic knows what I'm talking about. I've been type 1 (insulin dependant) since I was a child. Luckily I'm skinny, but you blood sugar tends to do what it wants regardless of your diet. If you don't get enough sleep or if you have ANY stress your blood sugar will go insane. If it drops to low you have to have "sugar/carbs" to get it back up... which then in turn makes it harder for those trying to lose weight. My pancreas doen't work AT ALL, so trust me, I know a little about insulin, blood sugar, carbs, and such. (NT) -- Laura, 13:26:59 07/01/09 Wed
