But the sweet sweaty-messy boy is a great one too! Thanks for letting those of us who never got to know him in life know him through this site. I thank God for Connell. Date Posted: 04:20:35 05/22/06 Mon Thanks to everyone who participated in this year's event. We raised $8,500.00! That make this our best year yet. Its great to see a whole community pulling together to achieve such a awsome total, with every dollar raised we are one step closer to finding a cure for this devastating disease. The dunk tank and sumo wrestling went over big this year with the kids, there were so many beautiful baskets along with some great camps won and the butterfly release was a beautiful sight to see. We also need volunteers the weekend of May 13/14 and during the week of May 15th to distribute flyers at baseball/ softball games, parking lots, food stores etc. If you have any time at all to volunteer please let me know.
