In fact, if there is the possibility that you may move out of a level (i.e., if you win first in Novice at CCE Feis or Old Dominion and need to move that dance to Prizewinner), then DON'T register for Nation's Capitol Feis this early because they will charge you money if you need to change your entry.

Probably a good idea to talk to Maureen before entering this feis...
