If you pull the information in from feisweb, you can copy the data from the website and paste it into excel. Some competitions email out the competitor list.

You can then use excel to filter on the various columns (under Data, I use Auto Filter). I typically first filter on school to see who from Teelin will be there. Then I'll look specifically at my 2 daughter's competitions, to see how many competitors are expected, and who's names I recognize.
