Author: Eddie [ Edit \| View ]	Date Posted: 11:21:33 10/02/06 Mon Well got brads car together with the nitrous worked out some bugs and went a 7.05 in the 1/8th letting of the button at half track. Went out first round due to breaking out. We we picked the wrong class didn't expect the car to due that well and only had 2 test hits which were went wrong both times. However the car woke up the first round and I broke out even letting off half track. There is the update I will be posting some pics and vid. did not have my camera. Have to depend on others on this one.

It still over heats, I got from work up to about reserch road in the woodlands and had to stop for about 30 min and let it cool. Then there was a wreck and traffic was backed up so I had to pull over and let it clear. No leaks just running to hot. Is there an ihop/denny's over by your house? If so I will leave earlier and have breakfest. (so I can leave before it gets warm and before traffic builds up.) I also cut off my exhaust. It is definitely louder inside, but no more tire rubbing. Talk to you later. Is there a faster way to go to your house from the north side of the woodlands?? (242 to 1314)

The other is Jeff Whitmans upper sheet metal intake. the cool air tubes will be next for his car and probably his rims in the same color. It will be a one of a kind So far. It has the stock crank and rods balanced by Westside Machines with a Lunati 51014 cam 512/510 lift. (it will also come with a comp cams XE284H cam uninstalled). It has Edelbrock alum. heads also worked by Westside Machine, all new valves, springs, retainers. It has a milled victor jr intake with a 650 cfm holley carb (4150 with quick change bowls.) The engine has about 400mi since the build. It has a MSD 6AL ignition with a MSD Billet dist, and blaster tfi coil. It has 5" tach with shift light, oil pressure gauge, trans and water temp gauge. It has a new c4 transmission with a trans brake. It was built by Love Lady and has less then 100 miles on it. It has an ATI torque converter built for nitrous and the trans brake. the stall is around 3500 with out nitrous and was told it would be around 4000 with nitrous. It has a B&M Quick silver shifter on it. The rear end is a stock 8.8 with welded tubes and 4.10 gears. The veh. has gms lower control arms,GCS subframe connectors,Eibach drag springs,Lakewood 50/50 rear shocks with a right rear air bag. It also has the wild ride upper and lower battle boxes welded in. (upper and lower control arm reinforcements.) It also has a 8-point roll cage installed. car is royal blue metalic with grey tweed interior. It has weld rims 15x10 rear and 15x3 1/2 front,the rears have 28x11.5 ET Steets. I also have 3 more weld 15x10 rims 2 of them have new bfg street tires installed. It has mac long tubes with a 3"x-pipe with 2 chamber flows and 3" tails. The car runs strong. asking 8,000 obo.
