[> Yes, I really liked it. I'm not a big movie fan, especially sci-fi, but this was so...well, out there, I guess, that it seemed almost like a spoof, or maybe a cartoon. It didn't seem real enough to be scary. Therefore, it was just a good story, with some cute special effects. I am planning to watch part 2, although we'll be away so I'll have to DVR it. -- Deemus, 13:57:34 06/22/09 Mon [1]

[> I enjoyed and am looking forward to seeing part II. I didn't see it as unbelievable though...(inside) -- Christa, 18:03:13 06/22/09 Mon [1]

in this day and age anything can and does happen..it's more of a wake-up call and a thought provoker as far as what could happen if something catastrophic should occur. I was disappointed with the number of commercials breaks we had to endure and then to find out that ABC has done editing as well. I sure hope that we get a chance to view a complete version rather than a cut version. The acting was good, DJE was great as usual...if one missed the first half, make sure you see the conclusion.

[> [> [> I enjoyed watching David being sincere and dedicated again, but did anyone else have weird flashbacks when David and Steven Culp were face to face? As he made his way into the meeting with the "president," I kept wanting him to say, "This has Webb written all over it." LOLOL! -- Dancer, 01:49:49 06/29/09 Mon [1]

[> [> [> [> I know. That was just too weird. Somehow, I just didn't trust this president...LOL. Oh and finally "Harm" got to be an astronaut. So how many types of planes and rockets does that make? It was also weird watching this Harm look-a-like being uneasy and unsure of a flight mission. I liked the special effects, particularly of the big moon. -- Cece, waiving to Dancer, 08:23:21 06/29/09 Mon [1]

[> [> [> [> I have to say I enjoyed the second part even more than the first. I think DJE got to really use a lot of emotions and the kids with their grandfather blew me away. It was really nice to see SC and DJE together again. -- jenks, 08:29:06 06/29/09 Mon [1]

[> [> [> [> I know I had a deja vu moment there too. Thought to myself...here goes Webb again putting Harm in an impossible position. Especially when Alex was told how unfair the position was that the President had put him in. It just had Webb written all over it! -- Christa, 09:44:21 06/29/09 Mon [1]
