Wasn't Annabeth's husband killed by a drunk driver? If so this would explain her not wanting to deal, actually upset by the lite sentence offered to the one that confessed and why Jimmy pushed and made the statement to the effect of that's how its done - do your job. I got to say, last night's episode had lots of twists and turns.
