Its interesting to see everyones POV. Highplainswoman, I have to disagree with your opinion that the man who raped "once" isn't a sexual offender. If commiting a rape and then allowing the next guy outside the door to also rape the victim isn't a sexual offence then maybe you should explain what is? I'm certainly confused.
