Subject: Smoking medical mj is contoversial, but actually has been shown to be a very effective for sufferers of chronic pain. The 'act' of smoking it doesn't make a person (even a character playing a role) bad or weak -- it's a prescribed (and even legal in some places) treatment. inside for rest.

I think it's important to keep this in perspective. I agree that BECAUSE the role IS so different than our hero Harm it will only bode well for DJEs career as well as his whole presence in this show if he can pull off potraying this character in a robust and realistic way. I, too, though, don't want to see him become 'creepy', sleazy, or wimpy. But, if that what he's SUPPOSED to portray, what can we do?

Also, from the little I read about DJE (which is mostly from this board as he is never in the tabloids -- which I also like -- and he seems to like keeping his private life sacred -- which I like), he seems to be such a nice and honorable man, too. I'm afraid to say that's why I'm also drawn to him as a fan. My cousin, who met him, corroborated that he is STUNNING , in person, but she said he was so well-mannered and very nice. Now, what's also weird, for me, is that my sisters and friends are hysterical about my 'jag' with JAG and Harm and DJE because they think my husband looks like him!! I asked my cousin and she said she thought so, too! I think my husband is handsome and I can see the resemblance now that it's been pointed out to me. My hubby is 6'2", though. Another weird thing, my cousin who met DJE -- her husband was a naval commander who was an aviator!!! He now flies commercial. He's also gorgeous!! Life IS stranger than fiction. I still love your fanfics, though -- can't wait to read the rest of your present story and more!!!!! LOL
