I want to see a first timer in the top 10 like Auburn or Thurston.

Thurston won't make top 10...sorry just not at all...she shouldn't have even won her local from what I heard. But in terms of a rookie making top 10 I would love to see Moriah from Clark County make top 10. Auburn could as well and maybe Jodee from Lewis?

Janae does seem to be the clear choice but there are those that people push to the side that could be a dark horse. Alicia Cooper stands a great shot and I even think Megan Leibold stands a great shot. Opera isn't boring to miss America judges and Alicia is tapping this year and they both seem to have the whole package. I would be more than pleased to see either of them take the title. Catherine will make top 5 but won't win. She's not miss Washington material. They want someone more than just being a strong competitor at miss America.

I actually watched her compete, she was consistent in all categories unlike the other contestants. I would not be too quick to jump to conclusions because of what you have "heard" and that goes for all of the girls competing.

I watched her compete also, and I was shocked she was the one to take the title. Every one sitting around me was too.

There are other rookies that will definitely be placed higher than her ... and rightfully so.
