I saw the photo too. I guess I thought you had to give up your title before participating to compete in another local? Or maybe she was just helping out at their event? Anyone know?

You can compete for another title, as long as your current title pageant is before the other one. So IF she's competing, she would probably qualify as the next available county over. Jacque Guyette did that last year when she was Auburn, but competed for Pierce.
