Compete for the locals you qualify for too, and you can compete for a title you have already held as long as it was Miss ____ 2016 or earlier (speaking for 2018 season). If you are already eligible, you do Sweeper automatically if you dont win an Open title. If you don't qualify for Sweeper, you compete in Open for either a title or spot in Sweeper.
