It seems her heart stayed in CA with the constant social media posts about CA locations and things. Wish she would have realized that if she didn't win Miss A she would have to come back and serve in WA for the whole year... it's a shame she's not more involved in Wa.

She said in her most recent YouTube video that "California is the place to live" and it really turned me off. I've also noticed she almost never has appearance, before and after Miss America.

I think that she just came back here to get her MA ticket. She would have never won in CA even if she was still eligible.

Oh well, only 8 months until Miss WA 2018.

She never posts about the place she was raised, you know, the whole reason she was even eligible to compete in Washington. Give the Tri Cities, Spokane, Ellensburg, Vancouver, Walla Walla and everywhere in between some love.

I have noticed this program lacks praising the whole state, especially the east side. Heck almost all the local titles are on the west side... more pride would be nice. (Also more Local titles might help with this, just saying!)

of course a person can love more than one state. but that's not the point. she's really shirking on her WA responsibilities. has nothing to do with loving CA. she's got responsibilities here.

Also based on how I've observed her in person interacting with past contestants and fans (both before and after Miss WA), she's really not even close to the best Miss WA. She can be really rude and stand-offish. she's only not rude when you can help her in some way
